Over three hundred tattoo artists set up shop, a global presence with artists from as far away as Japan and Australia. Activities abounded. Skater boys defied gravity, however briefly; kegs of beer disappeared down gullets; hundreds of tattoos found new homes on every imaginable body part; and behind it all hammered the backbeat of thunderous rock and roll.
